  • Is there a lesson location near me?

    With over 100 lesson locations Australia-wide we can’t be too far. You can view all ‘lesson locations’ and their ‘class types’ on offer by clicking here.

  • I’ve purchased my tennis lesson voucher; how do I go about booking my lessons?

    Only if you are ready to commence your lessons within the next 10 days, simply redeem your voucher(s) online by clicking here.

    NOTE: The redemption process cannot be completed weeks in advance. Do not redeem your voucher unless you are ready to commence your lessons within the next 10 days from redemption or your voucher will be void.

    Once you have redeemed your voucher online, your Centre Manager's contact details will be instantly emailed to you so you can phone/email them directly to book your lessons.

  • How long does each lesson go for and how often do I attend?

    Most Adult and Kids classes run for 60 minutes. However, there are some adult classes which run for 90 minutes and some kids classes which run for 30 or 45 minutes. Lesson duration vary depending on your age, fitness and skill level. For an optimum learning experience, attendance is intended to be weekly at the same lesson time and day each week. Your Centre Manager will discuss these specifics with you shortly after you have purchased and redeemed your voucher.

  • Can I be in the same class as a friend/partner or have my kids all together in the same class?

    Although possible, factors like age, skill level, fitness level and the availability of those students with whom you wish to attend can at times make it difficult to achieve. Please discuss with your Centre Manager once you have purchased and redeemed your voucher. Some lesson providers in the past have been able to schedule class times for families/friends to learn together when there are 4 or more family members.

  • When are classes held for Adults’ and Kids’?

    With over 100 lesson locations Australia-wide and hundreds of Adults and Kids classes on offer between them, it’s almost impossible to list them all. However, you can view all ‘lesson locations’ and their ‘class types’ on offer by clicking here

    You can be confident that participating lesson providers will have a range of Adults and Kids classes on offer from which you will be able to choose. These classes will cater for a variety of playing abilities from beginner to advanced levels. Extra classes are often added on weekdays and weekends; in the mornings, afternoons and evenings to cater for demand and an influx in bookings. All lesson providers strive to offer their new customers at least two different class days and times to choose from over a 7-day week. Your Centre Manager will discuss all your class options and availabilities directly with you shortly after you have purchased and redeemed your voucher.

    Unlike restaurants, gyms and cafes which can sell heavily discounted vouchers and still make a profit, the selling of discounted tennis lesson vouchers come at a substantial out of pocket expense to all our lesson providers. With that being said, you can rest assured that lesson providers and their coaching staff are committed to giving you a great experience right from start and that they will bend over backwards to provide flexibility regarding class days, times and adjustments to best suit your needs whilst doing all that they possibly can to accommodate you with a mutually convenient lesson time. After all, the lesson providers do want you to continue with lessons/programs beyond your introductory program.

  • How do I use my bonus $50 credit at the Online Tennis Store?

    Simply click here to visit the online tennis store. Here you will be able to browse and select your item(s) and make payments using PayPal. You will see a regular price and a voucher holder’s price for each item. The voucher holder’s price is the out-of-pocket amount which you will be required to pay via PayPal. For example: Babolat Contact Team Racquet: Regular Price is $97 - Voucher Holders price is $47

  • Can you confirm availability, book me in advance or guarantee my place for a specific class time before/after I purchase my voucher?

    Although Centre Managers would love to accommodate your request, influxes in bookings, changes in class demographics and improved playing standards for a specific class can occur unexpectedly making it near impossible for any sports coaching organisation to be able to do this. To optimise your overall learning experience, specifics like this can be confirmed with your Centre Manager shortly after you have purchased and redeemd your voucher.

  • Can I change my lesson location or transfer my voucher to someone else after redeeming it online?

    Unfortunately you cannot change your selected lesson location or transfer the lessons to someone else under any circumstance after you have redemd your voucher online. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all the details are correct prior to completing their online voucher redemption form.

  • What if I am not able to make any of the days and times offered to me for my lessons?

    If your Centre Manager has offered you at least two different lesson times to choose from over a 7-day week, we suggest that you make every effort possible to try and become available for one of the times you have been offered. Alternatively, if you cannot become available we recommend you check in with your Centre Manager periodically to see if a more suitable lesson time has become available. If in the unlikely event these options have been exhausted, there is nothing further we can do to neither assist you, nor can we issue you with a refund.

  • How does Nationwide Tennis Professionals (NTP) select its Australia-Wide lesson providers?

    All participating lesson providers are assessed under the following ‘Essential Selection Criteria’.

    1. They must have racquets available, free of charge for new customers to use during each of their lessons.
    2. They must keep their class numbers at a maximum of 6 students per group.
    3. They must strive to offer each new customer (Adult or Child) of any playing ability at least two different class times to choose from over a 7-day week.
    4. They must contact each of their new customers within 4 business days of receiving their online redemption form.
    5. They must make every possible effort to get their new customers to commence their lessons within 3 weeks of receiving their online redemption form
